Roger Justice Fleischmann brings a wide breadth of over forty years of legal experience to his mediation practice. His highly successful legal practice has been devoted in large part to the representation of U.S. and foreign corporations doing business throughout the world. Those clients have included major international manufacturers and trading companies and other corporate clients based in Japan, France, Hong Kong, Thailand, the United Kingdom, the Republic of South Korea and in the United States.

Roger’s extensive legal experience includes complex commercial litigation and product liability defense, including construction litigation, international commercial transactions, U.S. and Canadian trade law, U.S. corporate and commercial law, corporate financing and reorganization, distribution and anti-trust law, employment relations law (primarily employer defense) and intellectual property and licensing law.

For the past ten years, Roger’s substantial experience and success in Alternative Dispute Resolution has led him to focus his practice on Mediation. He has represented a U.S. subsidiary of a major Japanese manufacturer and its insurer in at least seven successful mediations of major construction and product liability lawsuits in California, Connecticut and Texas.

Roger was admitted to practice law in California in 1960, after graduating from Harvard University, magna cum laude, in 1956, and Harvard Law School in 1959. He has also completed 40 hours of Professional Mediation Training with Steven Rosenberg.
